I will guide you through a 2-hour Breathwork journey, accompanied by beautiful and powerful music. My greatest intention is to create a safe space where you feel held and supported, so you can fully surrender to this transformative experience.

In this session we will focus and releasing blocked energies and to re-connect to our true self.

Our breath is our life-giving source, our connection to our true essence. With Breathwork, where you do conscious and controlled breathing, you can access a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Through our breath we cannot only detoxify ourselves, but also process stored emotions, traumas and stuck energies, reduce anxiety levels, develop/increase our self-awareness, unblock our creativity and so much more. Our breath is our medicine to which we have abundantly access to heal ourselves on all levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. All you need to do is BREATHE!
