Yes, it's there - this deep feeling and desire to shred layers, to dive deeper, to expand and to discover, because there is so much MORE, isn't it?!

 

Our breath is our life-giving source and our connection to our real essence. With Breathwork, concious and controlled breathing, you can access a non-ordinary state of consciousness: Turning down the part of the brain and the mind, our inner critic! And to start to tune into our heart and intuition again.

Suppressed emotions and trauma can get trapped in the body, which can, among other things, lead to physical and mental diseases, depression, insomnia, addictions, weariness, and the list goes on.

 
Through our breath we cannot only detoxify our body on a physical level, but also release so much heaviness, blocked emotions and stuck energies from our past....to increase our mind-body-connection and to feel more lightness again.

Using conscious and controlled breathing can help to unlock old emotional baggage, it can help to open your heart so you can be your true and authentic self. Not having to hold back, not having to control. It's about going into the unknown. And this is where the magic starts to happen. You will know it truly is working the first time you do it, because how you’ll feel afterwards is undeniable. Your breath will send the healing energy exactly where it’s needed, all you have to do is breathe.

 

It’s not only a different experience for everyone, it’s different every time you do it.  The experience depends on many factors: where you are in life right now, do you get enough sleep, the space you’re in right now, your willingness to participate, etc.  What you can expect after every session is to come out with an open heart, full of gratitude and a new perspective if you are ready to commit to the Breathwork.
