With Breathwork, where you do conscious and controlled breathing, you can access a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Through our breath we cannot only detoxify ourselves, but also process stored emotions, traumas and stuck energies, reduce anxiety levels, develop/increase our self-awareness, unblock our creativity and so much more. 

Our breath is our medicine to which we have abundantly access to heal ourselves on all levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Our breath is our life-giving source, our connection to our true essence. All you need to do is BREATHE! 

I will guide you through a 2-hour Breathwork journey, accompanied by beautiful and powerful music. My greatest intention is to create a safe space where you feel held and supported, so you can fully surrender to this transformative experience. During this session we will focus on releasing stuck emotions & blocked energies so you can re-connect to your true self and regain your power.
