RELEASE & EMPOWER Breathwork Journey

Through our breath we cannot only detoxify our body, but also release so many blocked emotions and stuck energies to increase our mind-body-connection and to feel more free and light again. Suppressed emotions and trauma can get trapped in the body causing you to repeat old patterns. Using conscious, controlled breathing can help to release old emotional baggage, it can help to open up your heart so you can connect more again to your intuition, to be your true and authentic self. Starting to remember again, how to not hold back, to not control, to not stir everything, but going into the unknown and be good with it. That's where the magic starts to happen. You will know it’s working the first time you do it  because how you’ll feel afterwards is undeniable. Your breath will send the healing energy exactly where it’s needed, all you have to do is BREATHE.

I will guide you through a 2-hour Breathwork journey, accompanied by beautiful and powerful music. My greatest intention is to create a safe space where you feel held and supported, so you can fully surrender to this transformative experience.
