IN-PERSON Breathwork Session

Do you prefer being more private and completely distraction-free? 

Then a Private Breathwork Session is the right fit for you. You can either book a 1on1 oder for a small group.

Advantages of a Privat Session:

• You are at home in your comfortable and safe environment.
• You have no commute (you save a lot of time).
•  I can individualize the Breathwork Session completely to your personal needs.

What can you expect:

• Duration: 1h75mins  (including beginning meditation, active breathing session, calm down, time to share).
• Beforehand, we’ll chat about your intentions and motivation to go into a Breathwork Session, so I can personalize it to your needs.
• At the end of the session you'll have some time to share your experience and reflections.

Package:

If you are at this point where you want to go deeper, where you really want to invest in YOU, then I do recommend booking a package of 3 breathwork sessions. It's about the commitment, about this burning desire to go down this healing road and see where it takes you.

Small Private Group Session:

You also have the possibility to book a private session for you and your friends, or for you and your family or for you and your partner. All in a smaller and more private setting.

Investment:

1 Person only

• 1 single session: 220.-
• 3 sessions (package): 210.-/session

Couples

• 160.-/participant

Small Groups

• 3-4: 120.-/participant
• 5-6: 90.-/participant
