This one is a real treat. I am deeply honored to co-create this evening with my special guest Yannick Cousinne. This gathering will be something truly special, because Yannick brings a gift: He doesn’t just facilitate breathwork around the world – he carries a deep connection to ancestral instruments. With the intuitive use of native instruments he touches on a deep, cellular level – stirring something ancient within.

This session is held equally by feminine and masculine energy – creating a space of balance, trust, and depth. Two poles in harmony. Two facilitators walking by your side. Both lovingly and powerfully – as you journey through your inner landscape.

We begin the evening with a warm, nourishing cup of ceremonial cacao – a sacred heart medicine revered by the Mayans and Aztecs not only as a delicious elixir, but as a divine companion in ritual.

From there, Yannick & Steffi will gently guide you through a Breathwork Journey that takes you deep into the core of your being.

With every inhale, you soften and open.

With every exhale, you release what no longer serves.

Our greatest intention is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel deeply held, so you can surrender fully to the medicine of breath, cacao and sound.
