A Cacao & Breathwork Journey To Honour 2023 & To Powerfully Embrace The New Year Ahead

Honoring the year 2023 and powerfully embracing the start of 2024 in a magical circle!

It will be a special 2.5 hours ceremony where we forget space and time and are simply completely present in the here and now.

It will be a deep journey of self-discovery with the powerful combination of ceremonial cocao & breathwork.

My greatest intention is to open a safe space where you feel held and supported and where you can completely surrender to the healing power of cacao & your breath.

We begin with a beautiful and mindful cacao ceremony, which enables a deep contact with the heart and allows you to connect more deeply with yourself on different levels. 

Afterwards we use the new moon energy to manifest our intentions for the upcoming year, to embrace new beginnings, amplifying fresh goals and desires. 

We then embark on a powerful breathwork journey where you can release stuck emotions and energies. Liberating yourself from stress, anger, grief, sadness, insecurities, uncertainites and other blockages, and to create space for transformation.
