A Breathwork Journey to Self

Yes, it's there - this deep feeling and desire  to dive deeper, to shred layers, to expand and to discover, because there is so much MORE, isn't it?!

Through your breath you cannot only detoxify your body, but also release strong emotions such as stress, anxiety, anger, grief, worry, heart break, general heaviness, and all of the things that are no longer serving you. 

Conscious, controlled breathing can help you to let go of old emotional baggage. It can help you to open up your heart so you can connect more to your intuition, to be your true and authentic Self. Starting to remember again, how to not hold back, how to not control, but going into the unknown and be good with it. Because that's exactly where the magic starts to happen. 

You will know it’s working the first time you do it  because how you’ll feel afterwards is undeniable. Your breath will send the healing energy exactly where it’s needed, all you have to do is BREATHE.

I will guide you through a powerful 2 hour Breathwork Journey, accompanied by beautiful music. We'll start with an introduction so you get all the information you need. Then we'll dive into a meditation to tune in before embarking on a powerful and deep 60 minute Breathwork Journey. During the session I will also intuitively give Energy Healing (Reiki) to help the flow of energy. Afterwards we'll close this sacred practise with a sharing circle, where you can listen to others experiences and also share your own (optional).

My greatest intention is to create a safe container where you feel held and supported, so you can fully surrender to this transformative experience.
